This policy covers thenudge.ai, the website of The Nudge L.L.C-FZ (“The Nudge”, “we”), a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under licence number 2542685.01. Our products have their own policies: Vizuna’s and Kiwi’s.

1. What we collect

• When you write to us through the contact form: your name, your email address, the topic you choose and your message. If you email us directly, we receive what you send.
• When you visit: our host processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for, to serve the site and keep it secure. We count visits and measure page speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which do not use cookies.

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We do not sell personal information.

2. How we use it

To reply to you and keep a record of the conversation, and to run, secure and improve the site.

3. Who processes it for us

• Vercel hosts the site and provides its analytics.
• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive.

These providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates.

4. How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them for the conversation and any follow-up.

5. Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@thenudge.ai. Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

6. Children

This site is not directed at children.

7. Changes

When this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top.
