These terms govern your use of thenudge.ai (the “Site”), operated by The Nudge L.L.C-FZ (“The Nudge”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under licence number 2542685.01. By using the Site you agree to them.

1. The Site

The Site describes The Nudge and its products. Using a product is governed by that product’s own terms: Vizuna’s and Kiwi’s.

2. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the Site or its security, try to gain unauthorised access to it, collect its content by automated means at a scale that burdens it, or send unlawful, abusive or misleading messages through its contact form.

3. Our content

The Site’s text, images, names and logos, including The Nudge, Vizuna and Kiwi, belong to us or our licensors. You may link to the Site and share its pages; you may not copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

4. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is”. Its information may be incomplete or out of date, and nothing on it is an offer, a commitment or professional advice.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Where mandatory law gives you, as a consumer, rights in the courts of your place of residence, that law applies to that extent.

We may change these terms by updating this page and the date at the top. Using the Site afterwards means you accept them.
