We believe change should feel calmer, not harder.
Most systems rely on willpower and guilt. We built something better: small nudges, safe feedback, and AI that respects your humanity.
Most systems break you down. We build you up.
Drop by drop. Stream by stream.
What we believe
Self-trust and team trust are the foundations of everything else. People deserve behaviour change systems that respect their humanity—no coercion, no manipulation, no exploitation of vulnerability.
Most systems rely on willpower (which runs out), guilt (which burns you out), or public accountability (which makes you perform instead of progress).
We believe there’s a better way.
Our values
— Privacy by Design
Your data is yours. Whether it's your personal journal or your team's feedback, it stays in your secure loop.
Zero-knowledge architecture for sensitive data.
— Calm Over Hustle
We don't glorify burnout. Progress should feel sustainable, not exhausting.
Small steps compound. Pressure breaks people.
— Support, Not Shame
When you miss a goal, the system helps you restart—not punish you.
Built on self-compassion and psychological safety research.
— Honest Mirrors
We show you patterns in your behavior or your team's trust—without judgment.
Clarity without surveillance. Insight without invasion.
“Most behavior-change tools are hard to sustain. We built a different system.”

I'm Aneesh Modi, founder of The Nudge, based in Dubai. I started this company after noticing most behaviour-change tools are hard to sustain: they lean on willpower (which fades), guilt (which burns you out), or constant monitoring (which erodes trust). We build privacy-first systems that help trust grow through safe feedback and clear next steps. Today, our focus is TrustLoop — a trust measurement system designed for professionals and teams who want progress without politics. I also produce music, so I think in rhythm and repetition. Real change isn't a motivation spike—it's a system you can repeat.
